he project involves deploying modular noise barriers along critical sections of the North-South Expressway, utilizing sound-absorbing materials and aerodynamic designs to reduce noise levels by up to 20 dB(A). Barriers are engineered for durability in Vietnam’s tropical climate, featuring corrosion-resistant coatings and UV-stable panels. Construction follows a phased approach to minimize traffic disruption, with priority given to densely populated areas and eco-sensitive zones.
Safety protocols adhere to Vietnam’s National Technical Regulations and international standards, incorporating reinforced foundations and crash-resistant structures. Environmental safeguards include using recycled materials and minimizing land disturbance through prefabricated barrier components. Community engagement ensures transparency, while long-term maintenance plans guarantee sustained noise reduction. This initiative supports Vietnam’s vision for a safer, quieter, and more sustainable national transport network.
Jinbiao Construction Materials was honored to be a part of the C390B - SEAC Pai Van Line Project, undertaking the main works contract for this significant infrastructure development. This project aimed to enhance transportation connectivity and efficiency in the region, providing a crucial link between key destinations.
